Payments

  • Full payment is required at the time of ordering and is non-refundable.
  • Your order is not confirmed until payment has been processed.

 

Refunds & cancellations

  • All payments are non-refundable and will not be refunded in the event of any cancellation.
  • In the unlikely event of us having to cancel your order, a full refund will be processed.
  • If there are any issues raised with your order, we will try our hardest to make sure that we can resolve these to the best of our ability.
  • If you are unsatisfied with any of the items in your order, please contact us via email immediately and we will try our best to resolve your matter.
  • If we have sent you an incorrect item, please notify us as soon as possible and we will get this replaced for you.
