REHEATING & FREEZING
Big Mum's Samosas have a shelf life for 3 days permitting they are refrigerated overnight. Additionally, our samosas are suitable for reheating and freezing by following the steps below:
To Reheat
- Pre-heat the oven to 180°C or turn on the air fryer at the same temperature.
- Use a baking tray to place the samosas in the oven or place them in the air fryer.
- Heat the samosas for 6-8 minutes until they are golden brown.
- Leave them to cool before serving.
- Tuck in!
To Freeze
- Place the samosas in an airtight container and put them in your freezer.
- When you’re ready to enjoy them, allow the samosas to defrost in the refrigerator for a minimum of 12 hours.
- Then follow the reheating instructions provided with your order (or below) for the best samosa experience.
- For optimal flavour, we recommend consuming our samosas from frozen within 3 months.
