Introducing a new classic- samosas filled with a mixture of potato and chickpea curry, infused with aromatic spices. Pairs beautifully with Big Mum’s complimentary tangy tamarind chutney. Enjoy hot! 

REHEATING & FREEZING

Big Mum's Samosas have a shelf life for 3 days permitting they are refrigerated overnight. Additionally, our samosas are suitable for reheating and freezing by following the steps below:

To Reheat
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180°C or turn on the air fryer at the same temperature.
  2. Use a baking tray to place the samosas in the oven or place them in the air fryer.
  3. Heat the samosas for 6-8 minutes until they are golden brown.
  4. Leave them to cool before serving.
  5. Tuck in!

To Freeze
  1. Place the samosas in an airtight container and put them in your freezer. 
  2. When you’re ready to enjoy them, allow the samosas to defrost in the refrigerator for a minimum of 12 hours.
  3. Then follow the reheating instructions provided with your order (or below) for the best samosa experience.
  4. For optimal flavour, we recommend consuming our samosas from frozen within 3 months.
